I wrote this article to capture learning from nearly ten years as a client of therapy. And how this learning has shaped my work as a coach over the past 5 years. All condensed in a 6 month writing process that involved coaching colleagues', clients' and therapist's feedback. Thanks go to them and the numerous others who made this effort possible.
